The Light that Shines for You
Prayer is continuous in Unity.
At our national center, there is a beacon of light shining from a cupola tower 24 hours a day, every day of the year. This is the hub of Silent Unity, a prayer program which has been in continuous operation for over 120 years.
120 years of people praying for others, and for the world.
How may we pray with you?
Prayer requests are accepted at any time both at Unity South, and at Silent Unity. You may call, email, or mail your requests. Prayer requests are placed in our Prayer Box, and are always kept strictly confidential. You do not need to provide your name unless you choose to do so.
All are welcome each Tuesday morning at 11:00 at Unity South when we hold a 30-minute Silent Unity Prayer Service. At this time, we turn inward for strength. We pray that others, especially those who have placed their prayers in our prayer box, are finding internal strength to meet external challenges. We know that the Divine within each of us is guiding our paths. We focus on good. We focus on spiritual growth, and we focus on gratitude.
After 30 days of prayer, we send requests on to Silent Unity, where they pray over your request for an additional 30 days.
Simply re-submit your request for continual prayer.
We have a Prayer Loop of volunteers who will pray on your behalf, and we have Prayer Shawls, knit or crocheted with intention by volunteers, that you might wrap yourself in the warmth of love and support during your prayer time. Let us know if either offering would benefit you.

If you would like to meet with someone to pray together, please contact the church office. Arrangements will be made for you to meet with our minister, or a trained volunteer Prayer Chaplain, as many times as needed.
